Foundation Board

The purpose of the Heritage Christian School Foundation is to build assets in our General and Endowment Funds, the income of which is used to help support the educational needs of Heritage Christian School. The Funds are invested, and each year cash gifts are given to the school.

  • 2016-2017 $31,000 was granted to the school.
  • 2017-2018 $39,500 was granted to the school.
  • 2018-2019 $45,000 was granted to the school.
  • 2019-2020   $45,000 was granted to the school.
  • 2020-2021    $55,000 was granted to the school.

In the history of the Foundation a total of $808,500 was given to the school thus far. The Board is very thankful for the ongoing commitment of its supporters. The Board is committed to a wise and prudent investment strategy as well as growing the overall assets of the Foundation. By carrying out both the fundraising and asset building we can increase the financial support to Heritage Christian School. The Board and school welcome a variety of gifts including:

OUTRIGHT GIFTS

Gifts of cash or appreciated assets (such as securities) are always welcomed by the Foundation.

LIFE INCOME GIFTS

Charitable Gift Annuities and Charitable Remainder Trusts can be funded with a gift of cash or an appreciated asset such as stock, and the donor can also have the security of a guaranteed income for life.

GIFTS OF LIFE INSURANCE

Making the Heritage Christian School Foundation both the owner and beneficiary of a life insurance policy can leave a lasting legacy that will be of benefit for years to come.

MAKING A BEQUEST

You can leave a legacy for future generations by naming the Foundation as a beneficiary in your will or estate plan.
